How will you get feedback about your child's day?
Communication between families and caregivers is most important. Each day when you arrive with your child, we encourage you to share with us any issues that relate to your child. We can then appropriately plan and provide for their needs throughout the day.
Daily sheets are also provided in the foyer, if you require one completed on your child’s day, you need to complete the top section and hand to your child’s carer who will complete the bottom section.
Telephone calls are another way of discussing concerns, often a caregivers will need to return your call as they do have busier times during the day.
We send a newsletter home in your child's bag monthly, this helps to keep you up-to-date with centre events and programmes. We have an open door policy at the centre - drop in at any time through the day, or call for an appointment.
Staff are happy to arrange an interview to discuss any areas of concerns you may have. Parents are welcome to look at their child's developmental records and discuss these with staff.
