Our philosophy
Here at Bletchley Play & Learn we recognise the importance of play in your child's development. In a supportive and encouraging way, we let your child take the lead in initiating play. We provide a program where your child can make real choices about learning. We offer a wide range of activities and materials, that are available to them throughout their time at the centre.
We focus on the process of children's work, rather than the finished product.
We believe you, the parent, to be your child's most important teacher and we consider you an important part of our program.
In group care situations, we believe that siblings benefit from having time together throughout the day.
We also value the cultural, family and individual diversity within our community.
Our Staff
Our trained, experienced and mature staff, ensure the care of your child is their main priority. Please take the time to get to know the staff caring for your child, we feel this is important so we can work together with you in providing the best care for your child.
The centre also has access to support staff who assist the team in working with children who have additional needs.
