Angela West and Roslyn Thompson are the Directors of Early Learning Management Group (ELM). Together they hold more than 30 years experience in the Child Care industry. Their collective experience includes owning and managing Child Care Centres inclusive of Out of School Hours Care services with extensive Management and Human Resource Coordination in services across the state. Their skills extend to work place training and facilitation through Registered Training Organisations and Inclusion Support work, providing knowledge and support for staff in Children's Services located in rural and city centres. Both are active members of the community and are passionate about delivering Quality Child Care to West Australian families with a large focus on attracting and retaining staff.

ELM has a strong focus on the Child Care Industry in Western Australia. By maintaining this approach in WA, we stay abreast of the State Licensing Regulations to ensure the services that we manage are of a high quality.
